I rushed my little 9 lb Chihuahua mix here a few weeks ago because he'd gotten into some chocolate during urgent care hours. They took him straight back and promptly treated him. The whole visit from arrival to leaving was maybe 45 minutes? It was very quick. I was also presented with a very fair (in my opinion) bill of under $300. I highly recommend this veterinarian practice and would also use it again if needed... Which hopefully it won't be.

Nothing has changed at Smith Veterinary Hospital since they did the corporate buyout, except maybe the front office has gotten a little better, and the pharmacy support is better too. We switched to Smith before the family sold to Thrive and went corporate. We had been through 4 previous Private to Corporate Vet clinic buyouts, none went well, and we switched to Smith because of one that also did not go well. This one is a keeper - I see no change in approach to pets or owners at all. Bravo!

Highly recommend! Beautiful to see these people care deeply about each pet that went back for care. They were extremely thorough, listened, and took time with my senior Boston Terrier when he was experiencing breathing/sinus issues. Also had a heartworm test, nail clipping, and recieved antibiotics for the nasal issues. I was expecting an astronomical bill, and was surprised that it was not so expensive. More importantly, the care was exceptional 💫💫💫💫💫
