The level of support and assistance I recieved was Outstanding from the front desk to the vet techs to De Lyman. Everyone was extremely compassionate for my dog and what he was going through and helpful. Attention to detail and what our next steps were, what to expect, what to watch out for, etc. I can not say enough good things about this team and how amazing they all are. Thank you for all you do in our community. I truly appreciate you.

I highly recommend taking your pet here. The entire staff was incredibly attentive, compassionate, and caring toward both our dog and our family. They conducted a thorough examination and were completely transparent about the costs from the beginning. From the moment we walked through the door until the time we left, everyone treated us with kindness, patience, and professionalism. What truly stood out was their commitment to follow-up care—they called to check on our dog's progress and even asked us to send photos of the healing process before the next appointment. Their level of care and attention to detail exceeded our expectations. We are extremely grateful for the excellent service and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for outstanding veterinary care.

I usually do not write reviews but I just had to for this urgent care center. I worked as a veterinary nurse for over 20 years and I am also a Veterinary Social Worker. This facility is exceptional. I cannot say enough good things about my experience. Clean, organized, professional, compassionate and kind. The attention paid to my dog, was truly above and beyond! Thank you all for providing such wonderful care for my beloved! You’re the best!
